Penelope Pie is 9 …

Two of my favs! My loves … And twice a year, on birthdays, we plan, or I should say improvise, our own photo shoots. Usually it’s spontaneous, and it’s always an adventure.

My sweet Penelope just turned 9. Crazy how fast time goes … I just love watching her grow. She is the most compassionate and kind little girl with a heart for others, especially animals. She’s my activist and wanna-be vegetarian, raising money for the local animal shelter, with art shows and lemonade stands. She’s an artist and musician. And if she’s not playing Mozart on the piano, she’s playing Joan Jett on her guitar.

An old soul … a unique spirit … my inspiration.

 

Jonah … at 6 months

Oh Jonah …  how can you be so cute?!? And not only is he handsome, he has quite the personality and can crawl like nobody’s business!

I have loved documenting his journey through his first 6 months … from Matt and Karley’s ever so sweet maternity session,  Jonah’s newborn (Sock Monkey) photo shoot, and now at 6 months.

Truly … a beautiful family. Can’t wait til next time!
